Hyprolene ointment contains:
Betamethasone as Dipropionate 0.05%
Salicylic acid 3.0%
Topical Salicylic acid has keratolytic activity that helps
to dissolve the thick scales in Psoriasis and chronic Eczema
allowing the steroid (Betamethasone) to reach the right skin
for action.
Indications:
Hyprolene is indicated for all steroid responsive dermatoses
aggravated by the formation of thick scales and crusts e.g.
Psoriasis, Chronic Eczema, Seborrhoeic Dermatitis and Atopic
Dermatitis.
Dosage and administration:
Use the ointment twice daily applying sufficient quantity
to cover the lesion.
Contraindication:
Known hyper-sensitivity to any of the components of Hyprolene.
